FLEX+: FLEX+ was made to be as flexible as possible, and provides one free bag that can go in the lower compartment. You can get a refund for the base fare if you cancel your trip at least 14 hours before departure, or change the departure date or time once.

Super delayed. I received an email that the bus would be delayed for 30-40min but it was actually 1hr long. And there was no wifi on that bus, so I was unable to tell my family about this situation. The staff is friendly.
