The Bus was clean, & we left on time, but we got a flat tire & then we were stuck in Mallorytown parking lot. After 2.5hrs of waiting I got off the bus & instead had to get people, who were waiting for me in Kingston, come get me because of our deadlines. An efficent back up system needs to be in place for such scenarios.

This had to be one of the oldest buses in the fleet. Shredded seat material , no outlets to charge phones, no overhead lighting and saw one broken overhead panel. Hope its a newer bus for my return.
