They were on time but there’s no air conditioning had to change bus twice in London Ontario, and finally change to the third bus at Kitchener to another bus company didn’t get to Pearson Airport on time almost missed my flight the drivers were very polite and good but the buses keep developing faults the management need to provide better buses for their journey

I arrived at the stop 15 min before my departure. A mini bus with no washroom came to the pick up spot and no one got on. I was sure it was not my bus as I chose one with a washroom and wifi and this mini bus did not look like what I paid for. Never the less to ensure it was not, I approached the driver and asked if he was going to my destination of Toronto. He said no dismissed me. The bus drove off after waiting 5 mins or so and 2 minutes after that a random number called my cell. It was customer service asking me if I was going to be at the stop in the next minute as the bus was there waiting. I informed them I had been here this whole time, the bus has now left and the driver said it was not my bus. Customer service man stated hold tight we can see if the mini bus driver (which apparently was a shuttle to the bigger bus) can come back and hung up. Then proceeded numerous calls and telling me to wait and be patient and suggesting option of putting me on a shuttle to meet up with the bus on route, then that was off the table. the long and short of it, the customer service was terrible, leaving me stranded in the hot sun, for almost 1 hour to find a solution, after I yelled at them and stated it was the drivers fault for not being informed on where he was going and telling me incorrectly, and that they needed to find me a bus that left the station i was at to go to the destination I needed tonight and to book it for me. They eventually did so, but then that service was bad arriving almost 15- 20 minutes late at from the original 7:20 time and arrived in Toronto at my destination at 11:00pm when I was told it was a 2hour 10 min trip. Ridiculous!. NOT impressed, not to mention the bus was freezing and blowing cold air the entire time, and every stop (of which there was 4) the brightest of lights were turned on and woke me from resting.

I am disappointed, because I made a wrong booking (8AM instead of 8 PM, I canceled the trip made another booking but my money for the first booking was not refunded

I enjoyed my trip. The bus was spacious with comfortable seats and good legroom. The bus driver was great. He phoned me 10 minutes before departure time to be sure that I was coming. When I arrived, he greeted and welcomed me. He also helped me to load the bags
