THe train that should have arrived at 4.20 arrived at 5.15 and I had a flight that evening. Fortunately I made it but the late arrival caused some stress. VIA Rail needs to get their act together and arrive at the time they say. An hour late is NOT good enough.

The staff were incredibly friendly and well organized. The train was clean and had air conditioning that was perfect for the hot weather. And although there was a delay, the staff quickly rebooked us for the next train. Not sure why it was delayed though.
