The ride itself was great - quiet, clean, food and drink service, wi-fi, etc. Unfortunately, the train in front of us had some problems, so we were delayed: we didn't even board until after the scheduled departure time and eventually arrived an hour late. Communication was fine once the problem in front of us was resolved, but until then we were left standing in line or in our seats wondering what was taking so long
