My journey was supposed to be 4 hours and 15 minutes. It was 6 hours and 30 minutes causing me to be over 2 hours late.. I will probably mever use this service again

I booked a trip and final destination was supposed to be at 200 Commissioner street in Ottawa (i.e. downtown Ottawa), but the bus driver dumped us off at Bayshore Shopping Mall, on the outskirts of the city, due to Canada Day celebrations. He could have at least dropped us off at a city train/subway station.

the bus broke down and i ended up being very late. The phone chargers did not work too, which meant not being able to get help going home after. Also the dropoff point changed without warning

What is Book A Ride's cancellation/refund policy?

Passengers can get a refund up to 24 hours before departure. 50% of the ticket will be refunded.

Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours before departure, with a $30.00 CAD fee.

Are pets allowed on Book A Ride buses?

Pets or emotional support animals aren't allowed on board. Guide dogs and service animals are permitted on board and will be given their own seat, free of charge. Passengers must notify Book A Ride as soon as possible after booking their ticket and at least 36 hours in advance of their scheduled departure to ensure that they can reserve the space required to accommodate the guide dog or service animal.
