the rides were fine, but I almost didn't get on the Trailways bus afterwards because they couldn't read the Amtrak bar code, and didn't know for sure if I'd paid for the ride except that they saw my name on the passenger manifest. so it would be nice if the different carriers had computers that talked to each other and didn't leave the passengers wondering if they had a ride or not!

My train was delayed and then I missed it because I didn’t see where I was supposed to go. I had to get on a different train and pay more money. Very confusing

We enjoyed the ride. But on our return the train was very late. Having a 6 year old traveling was a disaster. We were to get home at 11pm but got home at 2:30am had to walk a distance to get to the car when my 6 year old crying and I am tired and sleepy and had to drive 1.5 hour drive home. Not happy

It was extremely cold, this was my first time ever riding a train. I had to kick the chair leg out just to lay on it. They kept the lights on the entire ride
